Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the item: Arrives defective or damaged during shipping. Does not match the approved design specifications.

Inspection Period Customers are responsible for inspecting the item upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Issues reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Proof of Issue To process any return or rework request, we require the following: Photographic or video evidence clearly showing the issue. A detailed description of the problem. Please email this information to sales@mechasphere3d.com with your order number for review.

Order Cancellations Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the progress of the project and materials used. To minimize this risk, we encourage customers to thoroughly review and approve design files before production begins.

Shipping Costs for Returns or Rework If a return or rework is approved due to defects or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. If the issue is due

to customer-provided errors (e.g., incorrect design files), the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any associated rework fees.

Limitations of Liability We are not responsible for: Minor variations in color or texture due to the nature of metal fabrication. Issues resulting from improper use or installation of the product.
